“ We were told to go to Two Urban Licks by a friend we visited in ATL, and it was a nice night out for dinner after a day of shopping at Ponce City Market. Restaurant was packed, we had a reservation and were able to be sat as soon as we got there. Our server was nice but very rushed, I understand this with the size of the place and the need to get things done quick. We ordered the Octopus for an app, she got the Chicken and I got the Trout, and it took a bit for the food to come out. She also didn't have the first drink I ordered as they ran out, and then forgot my other drink, so I didn't drink, no problem. As a courtesy, she comped dessert for forgetting which was nice, and we had a decent meal. 4/5 stars, food was alright, on my list of places we went to, it ranked about 8th out of 10 ”

“ I came in for a Saturday night reservation while visiting with friends in Atlanta. It was my first time on the beltline, and Two Urban Licks came highly recommended. A couple of us ordered the Up in Smoke cocktail, and we ended up having more than one. It reminded me of a smoked manhattan, smooth, flavorful, and strong. I ordered the chicken with cacio e pepe fingerlings, which was a good-sized portion. The chicken was juicy, and the fingerlings were flavorful and cooked just right. The octopus was also a hit at the table. The venue itself has a spacious, industrial, and relaxing vibe. We sat near the middle of the restaurant, which was perfect for enjoying the live music from the front while still being able to converse easily as we were celebrating a reunion of friends. “ At the recommendation of a friend who used to live in Atlanta, I came here for brunch when I was in town. Thankfully, my friend has great taste. Over the weekend, I was on an octopus kick so I started out with some calamari at brunch. Admittedly an unusual choice, but it was the right one. For my entree, I had the brisket hash. The brisket was cooked optimally and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately I was too full to finish it all, but the brisket kept well and made for a great early morning snack before I had to catch a flight. Two Urban Licks has a great space and I'm very glad I followed the recommendation to come dine here. ”
“ This may have been some of the best and well-priced food I've had in Atlanta. Their new menu item called the Hunters Dinner was extremely good, to a point where I wanted to return the next day. The salmon chips were also a hit! I love the ambiance here and how intimate it is, making it a good date night spot with live music. They also offer valet parking so don't worry about that. I am truly appreciative of how they catered to us on our anniversary night so I will be back! ”
